Authentic Japanese Cuisine

We enjoyed our first night out on the town. We went to a small restaurant. The tables were as big as your average coffee table but half the height. It was pretty funny seeing 6'3" Steve sitting crossed legged! hahahaha. The cushions on the floor helped a bit, but we were laughing when we had to stand again. We also had to leave our shoes at the door in small little cubbies. The dining area was upstairs and the kitchen was downstairs. We ordered a sesame chicken salad and some dumplings that I can't quite pronouce just yet! It was pretty good. I liked the dumplings the best. The girls really enjoyed it! They especially liked the small colas in glass bottles! The only hitch...if you stayed longer than an hour, you had to pay a table charge...200 YEN extra. No dawdling here. It's down to business, eat and move out! hahahaha

Wow! What an interesting restaurant. I love the concept of their menu. It looks like you are having a great time exploring Japan. When we come to visit, I know that Eric will want to bring his clubs after seeing the pictures of the golf course. Thanks for sharing all the great pictures!

Love ya,
Karen

The golf course is incredible. Someone told us that we could probably walk the first nine but we'd only walk the back nine once. It is straight up and down hills. But it is beautiful! When are you guys coming? There is still time before school starts.

Jessica,

They need a swim coach here! I tried signing the girls up but they were not sure they would even be having a team! We need you! Can't you pack your family up and join us? We already have a good babysitter for Montanna! :) Miss ya!

PS I don't know what I did wrong but "junkburg" is part of my address. I don't know why it doesn't say Geri??
